Eric Myard

Managing Director Enginium Group

Eric holds a degree in civil engineering. He is an expert in recruitment & selection services and an engineering executive search specialist.
He has a wealth of experience as a strategy consultant, more specifically in developing organizations on a strategic level in the EMEA markets. At Enginium Group, Erics mission is to develop the organization internationally and to focus on the recruitment & selection of highly qualified people for the engineering sector. Eric feels that “talent has become the worlds most precious natural resource”.

Koen De Boodt

Managing Director People & Projects

Koenraad is a commercial engineer, a Master in commercial science and a Master in ICT. His mission is to lead the Enginium People & Projects organization in order to become on one hand the preferred supplier for your talent, flexible staffing, projects and outsourcing and on the other hand a great place to work for our employees and network.
Koenraad has held different (Benelux) managerial and commercial positions within management development, international consultancy, the pharmaceutical sector & ICT.

Iris Jans

Executive Search Consultant

Iris graduated as a Master in Management of Learning at Maastricht University and during these studies she gained a passion for engineering through project work about the training wishes and needs of international mobile engineers. Since then she has been active as a recruiter for engineering profiles and enjoys helping them to start the next step in their professional development. She values close contact with clients to identify and search for the missing link in their team.
